The firm partners with private equity, private credit, real estate, and infrastructure managers to design, structure, and execute optimal financing solutions across the full spectrum of fund-level capital structures.
The firm advises on subscription credit facilities, NAV-based loans, hybrid structures, GP/management company facilities, and bespoke structured capital solutions, providing end-to-end support from initial strategy through lender selection, term sheet negotiation, documentation, and post-closing execution. Collectively, the team has executed 1,000+ fund finance transactions and works with sophisticated managers, lenders, investors, and outside counsel globally.
The business is led by experienced co-founding Managing Partners and operates as a lean, high-caliber execution team where professionals are given meaningful responsibility and direct exposure to clients, lenders, and institutional investors. The firm is in a period of continued growth, and this hire represents a key addition to the execution function.
Role Overview
The core responsibility of this role is driving transactions from mandate to close. On a more detailed level, responsibilities include:
- Financial analysis & structuring: Asset- and portfolio-level analysis, including valuation work, financial modeling, pricing, and structuring analysis
- Client coordination & advisory: Preparing materials throughout the deal lifecycle, serving as a primary point of contact for clients, and contributing to the development of tailored financing strategies
- Market intelligence & product development: Monitoring market developments and conducting industry analysis to enhance internal processes and expand advisory capabilities
Candidate Profile
Candidates may come from investment banking (FIG, leveraged finance, structured finance, or capital markets), direct lending, fund finance lending, or a related transaction-focused role. Professionals with experience on fund finance lender teams or at asset managers with capital markets exposure are particularly encouraged to apply.
