  • Contribute to a lean, collaborative deal‑team culture by mentoring analysts/associates and supporting business development where needed.
  • Travel as required for client on‑sites and in-person engagements across the region.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA, CPA, or CIRA preferred.
  • Proven track record executing restructuring engagements or distressed transactions (e.g., Chapter 11, 363 sales, liability management, DIP financing, lender/creditor advisory).
  • Advanced financial modeling skills, including cash flows, valuation methodologies, and scenario analyses.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and restructuring frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to interface effectively with senior executives and diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic problem‑solver with the ability to operate under pressure and produce high‑quality deliverables.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools.
