About the Role:
Our client is seeking a Transaction Advisory Manager with a minimum of 3 years' experience in financial due diligence and Quality of Earnings (QoE) analysis to join its growing team. You'll play a key role in supporting clients through mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions, providing financial analysis, insights, and strategic recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial due diligence and QoE engagements for M&A transactions
- Conduct financial statement reviews and provide earnings quality assessments
- Manage client relationships and deliver clear, actionable insights
- Prepare financial models, forecasts, and transaction-related reports
- Collaborate with internal teams for comprehensive transaction support
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant transaction advisory experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, CFA, or MBA a plus)
- Proficiency in financial modeling and Excel
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Experience working in M&A, TAS, private equity, or related services
