Salary: $100k-$140k + bonus

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Manage the full lifecycle of trade operations, ensuring that orders are entered, executed, and settled accurately and in accordance with established procedures and controls.
• Guide and develop a varied team, promoting a work environment centered on ongoing improvement and forward‑thinking operational practices.
• Apply deep understanding of financial instruments to oversee cash and asset movements, spotting patterns and potential areas of concern.
• Leverage automation tools and analytical methods to streamline trading workflows, boost operational effectiveness, and support data‑driven decision‑making.
• Collaborate closely with internal partners, using strong communication and presentation abilities to share insights, influence outcomes, and ensure alignment with broader business priorities.

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications and skills:

• 6+ years of experience in trade operations, including order placement, execution and settlement.
• Deep familiarity with a wide range of financial products, along with the rules, workflows, and regulatory standards that govern them.

• Demonstrate strong leadership capability by guiding diverse teams and cultivating an environment focused on innovation and continuous operational enhancement.
• Experience leveraging digital tools, including AI and machine‑learning capabilities, to enhance efficiency and strengthen decision‑making within trade operations.
