【募集職種】イノベーション戦略コンサルタント
〜大企業×スタートアップの共創を通じて、未来の産業を創る〜
国内外のスタートアップと連携し、大企業の新規事業創出を支援するイノベーションファームにて、戦略コンサルタントを募集しています。
本ポジションでは、CVC戦略の立案やスタートアップとの協業支援、新規事業の立ち上げなど、企業のイノベーション創出を多面的に支援していただきます。
【業務内容】
以下の2領域を中心に、幅広いプロジェクトに携わっていただきます：
① 外部連携によるイノベーション創出支援
- CVC戦略の立案（投資方針・体制設計など）
- スタートアップへの出資・買収検討（市場分析、競合調査、ビジネスモデル評価など）
- 協業推進（事業戦略、販路開拓、PoC支援など）
② 大企業内の新規事業創出支援
- 新規事業戦略の策定（参入領域の選定、仮説構築・検証、スケール戦略など）
- 社内技術の商業化支援、事業ポートフォリオの再構築
【求める経験・スキル】
必須条件（いずれか1年以上の経験）
- 戦略コンサルティングファームまたはシンクタンクでの実務経験
- 会計ファームやFAS系企業での財務・会計関連業務
- VC、PEファンド、金融機関、商社、事業会社での投資関連業務
- スタートアップでの経営経験（CEO、COO、CFO等）
歓迎条件
- 新規事業創出プロジェクトのマネジメント経験
- 各種デューデリジェンス（ビジネス・財務・技術）の実務経験
- 会計士等
