Technology & AI Governance Lead
We are partnered with a leading asset management firm to expand its IT and AI governance function and are seeking an experienced individual to join the team. This role sits within the firm's Technology Governance organization and will play a key role in establishing and overseeing enterprise AI governance frameworks, including Generative AI.
The role offers high visibility and collaboration, partnering closely with Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Information Security, and business leadership. This individual will act as a key control function, helping ensure the safe, responsible, and compliant use of technology and AI while aligning governance standards with regulatory expectations and business strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with AI and technology risk management and regulatory alignment
- Help develop and maintain policies, controls, and standards
- Partner across Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Technology
- Support audit readiness, reporting, and governance reviews
- Support enterprise AI and IT governance frameworks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in IT governance, technology risk, or related field
- At least 2 years of leadership or senior‑level responsibility
- Experience working with regulatory compliance and technology risk management
