A leading enterprise is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join a high-impact cloud infrastructure and AI initiative that is already underway. This is a strategic contract role ideal for someone who blends technical fluency with program leadership, and who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
The TPM will be responsible for driving delivery across cloud and AI workstreams, collaborating with engineering teams, and representing the voice of the team in executive and stakeholder forums. This role isi suited for someone who can make decisions, influence technical direction, and communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
You'll be expected to work closely with infrastructure and AI teams, using tools like Excel and data visualization platforms to track progress, highlight risks, and tell compelling stories with data. The ideal candidate has a background in engineering or infrastructure, understands cloud technologies (GCP, AWS, or Azure), and has experience working with technical teams in regulated environments.
This is a remote contract role open to candidates based anywhere in the U.S., with an immediate start. You'll be stepping into a program that is already one month in, so the ability to quickly absorb context and drive momentum is key.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead program execution across cloud infrastructure and AI initiatives
- Collaborate with engineering teams to align technical goals with delivery timelines
- Use Excel and data visualization tools to communicate progress and risks
- Represent the team in cross-functional meetings and executive updates
- Translate technical concepts into business narratives using data and storytelling
Required Skills
- Experience as a Technical Program Manager or Senior PM in cloud/infrastructure environments
- Strong Excel and data storytelling skills
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure)
- Exposure to infrastructure and AI/ML projects
- Engineering background or technical experience is a strong plus
- Previous experience in Financial Services highly desirable
