SVP - Client Services

A 50bn AUM Global Investment Management firm is seeking an experienced, client‑focused senior professional with 7+ years experience in client services or sales support within asset management. The ideal candidate is comfortable acting as a central point of contact for institutional and wholesale clients, with the credibility to discuss products, portfolios, and market developments. You will be highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities while delivering high‑quality client servicing and sales support. Strong technical skills are essential, including hands‑on experience with RFP writing and CRM systems and industry tools such as Morningstar, Bloomberg, and eVestment, alongside excellent attention to detail. AMF certification and fluency in both French and English are required, together with a collaborative mindset and a strong commitment to client satisfaction and regulatory excellence.

Main responsibilities:
Assisting the Managing Director - Client Services, work primarily with the International Distribution team and coordinate with Partners across Operations, Marketing, Research, Asset Management, and Compliance teams. The responsibilities cover two key areas: client servicing and sales operations across all client channels. This role has a primary focus on:

▪ local or regional client services and sales support and,
▪ contributing to the central functions of the wider international client services team.

Client Servicing Local:
▪ Deliver proactive execution and backup on client activities.
▪ Manage all client queries and process their portfolio requests to agreed service levels.
▪ Participation in sales and/or client events.
▪ Act as backup for sales for clients' meetings when needed.
▪ Handle clients' inquiries regarding fund features, portfolio management, and market and economic data.
▪ Deliver client onboarding, including coordination with internal (Operations, AML/KYC, Legal & Compliance) and external stakeholders (transfer agent, custodian, third parties) when required.
▪ Lead mandate and sub-advisory onboarding from legal agreements (IMAs), operational setup to ongoing reporting duties.
▪ Execute the most effective communication with clients and prospects, including:
▪ handling information requests,
▪ listening to client needs
