A well established Growth Equity firms with offices around the country is looking to add onto their Summer 2026 Associate recruiting class. This would be a chance to join an organization with $30+ Billion in AUM as apart of their Tech division. This opportunity would come the chance to work among some of the best Growth Equity Tech Investors in the game as well as some of the brightest young minds entering the field. Responsibilities

  • Deal Sourcing & Evaluation: Support senior team members in identifying and evaluating investment opportunities in high-growth technology companies.
  • Financial Modeling & Analysis: Build and maintain detailed financial models to assess company performance, valuation, and return profiles.
  • Market Research: Conduct deep industry and competitive landscape analyses to inform investment theses and identify emerging trends.
  • Due Diligence: Assist in the execution of due diligence processes, including customer calls, data room analysis, and coordination with legal and financial advisors.
  • Portfolio Support: Collaborate with portfolio companies to track performance, identify growth opportunities, and support strategic initiatives.
  • Investment Memos: Prepare clear, concise investment memoranda and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Relationship Building: Help cultivate relationships with founders, operators, bankers, and other ecosystem players to enhance deal flow and market intelligence.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2-3 years (at the start of the role) of experience in Tech M&A investment banking
  • Education: Bachelor's degree from a top-tier institution
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and Excel; familiarity with tools like PitchBook, CapIQ, and Tableau is a plus.
  • Analytical Mindset: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Team Player: Collaborative attitude with a strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Passion for Tech: Genuine interest in technology, innovation, and the growth equity investment landscape.
