Overview:
A middle market investment bank is seeking a senior-level professional to join its structured finance origination team. This role focuses on sourcing and executing securitized transactions backed by residential, commercial, or consumer assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and evaluate asset pools for securitization across RMBS, CMBS, and ABS.
- Lead deal execution, including structuring, investor engagement, and closing.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Maintain relationships with originators, servicers, rating agencies, and institutional investors.
- Monitor market trends and contribute to origination strategy and pipeline development.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in structured finance, securitization, or capital markets.
- Strong understanding of asset-backed products and transaction execution.
- Proven track record of managing relationships and driving deal flow.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
