Role:
- Execute trades in structured credit products, including ABS, MBS, CLOs, and other structured credit instruments.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trading opportunities and develop strategies to capitalise on market movements.
- Monitor and manage risk exposure, ensuring compliance with the bank's risk management policies and regulatory requirements.
- Optimise the structured credit portfolio to achieve targeted returns while maintaining appropriate risk levels.
- Collaborate with research teams to gather and analyse market data, and prepare regular reports on market trends, trading performance, and risk metrics.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing market insights and trading recommendations to support their investment strategies.
- Ensure all trading activities comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) are a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in structured credit trading or a related field within an international banking environment.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- In-depth knowledge of structured credit products and markets.
- Excellent risk management and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in trading platforms and financial software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
