LOCATION: San Fransisco (hybrid)
COMP: $100-130k Base + 10 to 15% Bonus
Summary
Currently representing a financial services firm that specalizes within the aviation space. The firm is a rapidly growing and industry leading firm where you'll play a key role in shaping financial strategy and driving business performance. This position offers exposure to senior leadership and direct involvement in high-impact initiatives across forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, providing insights that influence strategic decisions and support continued growth. The role is back office/client-facing, requiring strong communication skills to present analyses, manage relationships, and deliver actionable recommendations. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to contribute to scaling a successful, midsize organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial models for the firm to evaluate financial patters
- Budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis
- Serve as the primary finance business partner for all sectors and business units
- Manage the firm's ongoing forecast
- Presenting financial reports to senior leadership
- Provide ongoing data driven insights into new opportunities
- Monthly and quarterly reporting for both internal internal and external parties, with the controller
Qualifications:
- Strategic thinker
- Ability to articulate financial data and present to senior leadership and clients
- Microsoft Excel, PowerBI and PowerPoint
- Experience within Investment Banking, FP&A, or Finance (open to multiple industries)
- 1-6 years of experience across Finance / FP&A / Strategic Finance functions
