Mein Mandant ist ein international tätiges Industrieunternehmen und sucht einen erfahrenen Senior Plant Controller (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung des lokalen Management-Teams. Die Rolle verbindet operatives Werkscontrolling mit strategischem Business Partnering und bietet einen hohen Einfluss auf die finanzielle Steuerung des Standorts.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Business Partner für Werksleitung und Fachbereiche in allen finanziellen Fragestellungen
- Verantwortung für das Controlling eines Produktionsstandorts
- Erstellung von Reports, Analysen und Management-Auswertungen
- Budgetierung, Forecasting sowie Unterstützung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
- Investitionscontrolling und Begleitung von CapEx-Projekten
- Analyse von Kostenstrukturen sowie Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen
- Weiterentwicklung von Reporting-, Controlling- und Analyseprozessen
- Mitarbeit an standortübergreifenden Projekten und Prozessverbesserungen
- Unterstützung bei Fördermittel- und Investitionsprojekten
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Finance, Controlling oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling eines internationalen Industrie- oder Produktionsunternehmens
- Erfahrung im Werkscontrolling, Produktionscontrolling oder Operations Controlling
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP sowie MS Excel
- Erfahrung im Projekt- oder Prozessmanagement von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Business-Partner-Mentalität
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sind erforderlich
- Gute Englischkenntnisse für die Zusammenarbeit im internationalen Umfeld
