About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Senior Web Engineer to help architect and deliver mission‑critical systems for a flagship trading product. You'll drive high-impact initiatives, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and help set engineering standards across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with trading, product, design, and operations teams to design and build key web-based systems that support the trading ecosystem
- Convert complex, ambiguous workflows into clear engineering plans and deliverables
- Develop internal frameworks, tooling, and best practices that elevate engineering efficiency
- Lead large-scale technical initiatives with end‑to‑end accountability
- Mentor engineers at various levels and support their growth
- Drive organization-wide collaboration and alignment for technical projects
What You Bring
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
- 6+ years working with modern Web technologies at a Staff/Principal level
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript across both browser and Node environments
- Deep experience with React, Next.js, Node.js, and modern frontend architecture
- Proven success delivering large, complex technical projects at scale
- High standards for code quality, testing, and code review processes
- Broad technical and product understanding, enabling effective cross-functional work
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
