Senior Treasury Manager
Our client is looking to hire a Senior Treasury Manager to support its treasury activities across Singapore and the wider region.
The position will cover core cash and liquidity management, banking relationships, foreign exchange exposure and treasury controls. It would suit a hands-on treasury professional who can manage day-to-day execution while working closely with senior finance and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities for the Senior Treasury Manager:
- Manage regional cash positioning, liquidity forecasting and working capital requirements.
- Oversee banking relationships, account structures and treasury service arrangements.
- Monitor foreign exchange and interest-rate exposures, supporting appropriate hedging activity.
- Coordinate funding requirements, intercompany arrangements and capital movements.
- Strengthen treasury controls, policies and reporting processes.
- Work with finance, tax, legal and business teams on treasury-related matters.
- Support treasury systems, process improvement and automation initiatives.
- Prepare management reporting covering liquidity, funding, risk and banking activities.
Requirements for the Senior Treasury Manager:
- Approximately 8 to 12 years of relevant treasury experience, although candidates with comparable scope outside this range may be considered.
- Experience covering cash management, liquidity planning, banking relationships and foreign exchange exposure.
- Regional or multi-entity treasury experience would be advantageous.
- Strong understanding of treasury controls, governance and risk management.
- Comfortable operating in a hands-on role while engaging senior stakeholders.
- Experience with treasury management systems or treasury process improvement would be beneficial.
- Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
