Senior Site Controller (m/w/d)
- Steuerung von Budget-, Forecast- sowie Monatsabschlussprozessen inklusive Reporting und Analysen
- Kosten-, Produktions- und Bestandscontrolling mit kontinuierlicher KPI-Überwachung
- Durchführung von Wirtschaftlichkeits- und Investitionsanalysen (Capex)
- Fachbereichsberatung sowie Erstellung von Management-Reports
- Führung eines Mitarbeitenden und enge Zusammenarbeit im Plant Leader Team
Qualifikationen
Das sollten Sie mitbringen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Finance/Controlling oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- 7-10 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise in produzierenden Unternehmen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Kosten-, Produktions- und Bestandscontrolling
- Sicherer Umgang mit Budgetierung, Forecasting und Reporting
- Routine im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und MS Office
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen, hohe Zahlenaffinität und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit und Führungskompetenz, inklusive erster Personalverantwortung
