Senior Real Estate Asset Manager - Paris
The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic oversight and performance optimisation of a diverse portfolio of real estate assets across France and potentially other European markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the asset management strategy for a portfolio of commercial and/or residential real estate assets.
- Monitor financial and operational performance, identifying opportunities to enhance value and mitigate risk.
- Oversee leasing, capital expenditure, and refurbishment initiatives in collaboration with property managers and external consultants.
- Prepare and present asset-level business plans, budgets, and performance reports to senior stakeholders.
- Support acquisition and disposal processes, including due diligence and transition planning.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and ESG standards.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in real estate asset management, preferably within institutional or private equity environments.
- Strong understanding of the French real estate market, including regulatory frameworks and market dynamics.
- Native-level fluency in French is required; proficiency in English is also essential.
- Proven track record in managing complex assets and delivering value-enhancing strategies.
- Excellent analytical, financial modelling, and reporting skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
