A growing financial services firm in Nashville is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support strategic decision-making, financial planning, and performance analysis across the business. This role will partner closely with senior leadership and play a meaningful role in driving insight, discipline, and scalability across the organization.
The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for building and maintaining financial models, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, analyzing trends and variances, and translating complex data into clear, actionable insights. The role sits at the intersection of FP&A, operational finance, and business partnership.

Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets
* Perform variance analysis and deliver insights to leadership
* Support strategic initiatives through financial analysis
* Partner with accounting and operations to ensure data accuracy
* Prepare reports and presentations for senior management
Qualifications
* 3 to 6+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related roles
* Financial services experience highly preferred
* Strong modeling, analytical, and communication skills
* Advanced Excel required; reporting or BI tools a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
