Senior Commodities Structurer (Location: Singapore)

We are partnering with a leading multinational enterprise seeking a Senior Commodities Structuring Professional (LNG / Metals ideally, or Oil) to contribute to the development, pricing, and execution of complex commodity‑linked solutions.

This individual contributor role sits within a dynamic environment where innovation, analytical depth, and cross‑functional collaboration are critical.

Responsibilities

Innovate & Develop Solutions

  • Conceptualize new commodity‑related products and structure tailored solutions that address evolving client needs. Present these ideas to internal decision‑makers and external stakeholders

Price & Analyze Complex Transactions

  • Conduct detailed pricing analysis and apply a strong understanding of market fundamentals, client objectives, and risk considerations to support competitive client proposals
  • Coordinate closely with trading, strategy, and risk functions to position the organization effectively in mandate‑driven opportunities

Manage Risk & Transaction Lifecycles

  • Provide insight into market‑risk and credit‑risk drivers, ensuring well‑informed trade decisions across the transaction lifecycle
  • Collaborate with various control and support teams-including operations, valuation, credit, and legal-to maintain strong governance and accurate trade execution

Enhance Systems & Infrastructure

  • Work with analytical and technology teams to refine internal tools, streamline processes, and improve the broader infrastructure supporting commodities structuring and risk management

Requirements

  • At least 8-15 years of Commodities Structuring experience in either LNG / Oil / Metals commodities
  • Academic background in finance, structured finance, or quantitative discipline; advanced coursework in financial mathematics or derivatives theory is advantageous but not required
  • Strong experience working with derivatives across metals and energy markets, such as LNG or oil
  • Proficiency in English plus one additional language as you will be serving clients East of Suez
  • Ability to navigate fast‑moving market environments with strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
