Role Overview: Selby Jennings is seeking an experienced Investor Relations Senior Associate to join our client's team in Zurich. This role focuses on private credit products and involves servicing institutional clients across Switzerland. The successful candidate will support senior fundraisers and engage directly with clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing comprehensive information about private credit offerings. This is a client servicing role with no fundraising activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional clients regarding private credit products.
- Support senior fundraisers in managing client relationships and delivering high-quality service.
- Provide detailed information and updates on private credit products to clients.
- Coordinate and prepare client presentations, reports, and other communication materials.
- Assist in the development and implementation of client servicing strategies.
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 4-8 years of experience in investor relations, client servicing, or a related role within the financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of private credit products and markets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Fluency in German and English is required and non-negotiable.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
