Position: Senior Actuary - Life Insurance & Annuities
Location: Miami, FL (Hybrid On-Site)
Work Authorization: U.S. Required
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 Hours/Week

Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned actuary to join our team, bringing expertise in pricing, reinsurance, product development, and in-force management within the life insurance and annuities sector. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to both new business initiatives and the optimization of existing portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead product design, pricing, and implementation efforts for life and annuity products
- Conduct system testing to ensure accurate product illustration and administration
- Analyze and evaluate new and existing reinsurance agreements
- Monitor market trends and competitive positioning, particularly in the fixed annuities space
- Support core actuarial functions for subsidiary insurance entities, including valuation, cash flow analysis, pro forma modeling, and risk management
- Collaborate on strategic projects with senior leadership, including the Chief Actuary and CFO
- Partner cross-functionally with teams such as Accounting, Marketing, and IT to drive business outcomes
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong background in life insurance and annuities
- Experience with GGY AXIS modeling software
- Familiarity with U.S. Statutory and/or GAAP financial reporting
- Self-motivated, organized, and resourceful with excellent analytical skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team-oriented environment
