Title: Senior Accountant II
Location: Miami, FL - fully onsite
Company Summary: We are currently partnered with a large, privately backed, consumer‑facing entertainment and hospitality platform with a global footprint. They are looking for an Senior Accountant II to manage and execute the company's lease accounting under ASC 842 and other applicable GAAP frameworks, ensuring accurate recognition, reporting, and compliance across a large, multi‑property environment.
Senior Accountant II Responsibilities
- Manage lease accounting under ASC 842 and other GAAP standards
- Maintain lease data and lifecycle activity in LeaseQuery
- Prepare monthly lease journal entries and reconciliations
- Support quarterly/annual reporting and lease disclosures
- Partner with internal teams and auditors on lease accounting matters
Senior Accountant II Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance or related field
- CPA or public accounting experience required
- 3+ years of accounting experience with hands‑on ASC 842 exposure
