About the Role
Our client is seeking a talented and driven Structurer to join its Credit and Secured Financing Structuring team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the expansion of our Asset-Backed Lending business, particularly focused on Private Debt Funds (LL portfolio senior financing), while also supporting their traditional structured financing activities including Repo/TRS, secured Notes/Funds/Deposits, and Forward Bond transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Structure and execute transactions across Secured Financing, Credit Structuring, Fund Financing, and Securitisation.
- Manage multiple client enquiries and projects simultaneously.
- Conduct risk analysis, pricing, internal approval processes, and post-trade transaction monitoring.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver innovative and tailored financing solutions.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in one or more of the following areas: Secured Financing, Credit Structuring, Fund Financing, or Securitisation.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Ability to work across a wide mandate covering diverse products and client types.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
