Sales Executive - Alternatives

A fast‑growing investment platform is seeking a licensed Sales Executive to engage, educate, and support retail investors exploring alternative investment opportunities. This role centers on building meaningful investor relationships, guiding individuals through private market opportunities, and driving participation in a wide range of offerings.

You will serve as a trusted resource for investors seeking access to private market products, helping them understand risks, evaluate opportunities, and make informed decisions across alternative asset classes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and accredited investors across the U.S.
  • Consult with investors to understand their portfolio goals, risk appetite, and diversification needs within alternative investments.
  • Identify high‑intent investors and match them with relevant upcoming deals.
  • Educate retail investors on the structure, risks, liquidity considerations, and performance characteristics of alternative asset classes.
  • Participate in outbound calling, email outreach, webinars, and virtual events aimed at expanding investor participation.

Required Qualifications

  • Active FINRA licenses: Series 7 & Series 63 (required).
  • Direct experience selling alternative investment products (e.g., private equity, private credit, real estate funds, venture, interval funds) to retail investors.
  • A proactive, relationship‑driven sales approach; ability to work independently in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Must live and work in the United States.

Preferred Experience

  • Background in private markets or alternative investments
  • Prior experience at an RIA, broker‑dealer, alternative fund platform, or investment product issuer.
  • Experience educating non‑institutional investors on private market opportunities.
