An elite boutique Restructuring Firm is looking for professionals with more than 2 years of post-undergraduate experience in areas such as restructuring, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, banking, security analysis, accounting, investing, or other relevant fields to join their growing team. The ideal candidate should be adept at working in small teams, managing deadlines, and handling client-facing tasks with minimal supervision. They must thrive in high-pressure environments and be skilled at managing complex processes.

Responsibilities & Duties:
Performing valuation, debt capacity, liquidity, and other restructuring analyses
Developing strategic reviews and evaluating distressed M&A opportunities
Assisting with legal documentation and post-closing legal issues
Designing restructuring strategies
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in relevant disciplines
Strong academic background and specific finance experience in either Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Accounting, or other related fields
Ability to travel regularly
Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills required
