Real Estate Private Equity Analyst - South Florida (On‑Site)

A leading, family‑owned investment platform headquartered in Southwest Florida is seeking an Analyst to join its real estate private equity group. The firm has a long-standing track record investing across multiple asset classes and partnering with family offices and institutional capital. Its real estate investment division is a women‑owned platform that has participated in the acquisition and development of more than $1.5B in assets across the Southeast since 2011.

The team focuses on middle‑market, value‑add, and opportunistic commercial and residential investments, partnering with best‑in‑class local operators to maximize value. The platform raises capital from a diverse mix of institutional LPs, including foundations, endowments, family offices, and pension funds.

Responsibilities

The Analyst will play a key role across the full investment lifecycle, including:

  • Evaluating new investment opportunities and conducting financial analysis.
  • Performing market research and maintaining the internal deal pipeline.
  • Preparing investment memoranda for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Supporting due diligence on new acquisitions.
  • Assisting with asset management of existing portfolio investments.
  • Contributing to investor reporting, communications, and fundraising initiatives.

This individual will work closely with senior team members, take ownership of deliverables, and operate in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment. The role requires strong multitasking skills, resourcefulness, and the ability to interact professionally with investors and joint venture partners.

The Analyst position is on‑site in Southwest Florida and is part of a formal two‑year program that includes training, development, and exposure across investments, asset management, and portfolio management.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated interest in real estate or finance, ideally with exposure to investment or analytical work.
  • Undergraduate degree required; majors in real estate, finance, economics, or related fields preferred.
  • Basic understanding of financial modeling, with interest in cash flow modeling, IRR calculations, equity multiple analysis, and DCF valuations.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce accurate documentation.
  • High learning agility, problem‑solving ability, and initiative.
  • Ability to thrive within a small, entrepreneurial team.
