Quantitative Developer
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain infrastructure for research, signal generation, backtesting, and live trading.
- Build scalable data pipelines for ingesting and processing structured and unstructured datasets.
- Support both systematic and discretionary teams with custom tooling and analytics platforms.
- Contribute to cloud-native architecture and distributed computing environments.
- End-to-end software projects from design to deployment and monitoring.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Quant Dev.
- Strong programming skills in Python and at least one compiled language (e.g., C++, Java, Rust).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with modern data warehousing and ETL tools (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift).
- Ability to work effectively across multiple trading styles and asset classes.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Preferred Experience
- Prior exposure to financial markets, sports betting, or alternative data domains.
- Experience building tools for discretionary traders or analysts.
- Familiarity with real-time data processing and low-latency systems.
