Quantitative Analyst, Corporate Treasury
A new lead within a Tier 1 Investment Bank in New York is seeking a Quantitative Analyst to join its Corporate Treasury Team. This is a front-office, investment-facing role where you'll work at the intersection of quantitative research, risk management, and strategic balance sheet optimization. Your models and tools will directly influence funding decisions, liquidity planning, and risk analytics across rates and credit-sensitive portfolios, shaping how the bank manages interest rate risk and capital allocation. What You'll Do:
- Perform PnL attribution and risk analysis for fixed income portfolios
- Design and deploy production model code
- Enhance pricing, risk, and balance projection libraries
- Build tools for fixed income and treasury products
- Prepare monthly model performance metrics reports
- Monitor and improve balance sheet, valuation, and risk models
What We're Looking For:
- PhD in a quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Etc.) required
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Technically proficient in both Python and C++
- Front-office experience with rates, fixed income, or corporate treasury products (e.g., interest rate derivatives, government bonds, liquidity risk)
