Responsibilities
As a Quantitative Researcher, you will:
- Research, design, and optimize systematic trading strategies across global markets.
- Focus primarily on:
- Equities
- Options
- Open to hire on both MFT and HFT side.
- Convert manual execution workflows into fully systematic pipelines where required.
- Work closely with technologists and pods to productionize strategies and ensure robust performance.
- Leverage cross‑regional datasets, research platforms, and shared tooling.
Candidate Requirements
Experience
- 3-10 years of quantitative research experience within a hedge fund or prop trading firm
- Strong exposure to:
- Equities and Options
- Candidates from Fixed Income or Futures backgrounds considered only if highly experienced.
Technical & Strategy Skills
- Fully systematic researcher
- Proven track record of strategies with Sharpe ≥ 2.
- Strong statistical, mathematical, and programming foundation.
