Quality Engineering Manager

Selby Jennings is currently partnered with a leading investment bank in need of a QA Manager (Director level) to manage a dynamic team with a focus on modernizing their existing infrastructure that supports the firm's post trade engineering efforts. In this role, you'll bring practical knowledge of agile development methodologies and engineering best practices. You'll work closely with the Development, Product and Testing team to define and execute the QA strategies for Back Office applications supporting Fixed Income trading.

Responsibilities
* Build and manage a high-performing QA team across manual, automation, and performance testing disciplines.
* Oversee end-to-end testing for settlements, reconciliations, clearing, payments, regulatory reporting, and other post-trade processes.
* Define and enforce QA best practices, including test automation frameworks, regression coverage, and shift-left practices.
* Maintenance of automated tests to accommodate changes in system design and architecture.
* Design and publish meaningful metric to support automation test creation and execution.
* Build and implementation of performance test suites.
* Perform all types of testing - Functional. API, Automation, Performance and Load

Qualifications
* 10+ years of experience with managing large scale QA/Automation teams
* Solid Programming experience in Java or Python with focus on behavior driven development (BDD) ideally within continuous integration (CICD)
* Experience with Fixed Income markets, or related markets, required for consideration

Expected Compensation: $180,000 - $220,000 base + Bonus
