Product Specialist Associate
Overview:
This role sits within the Product Specialist team of a leading credit-focused investment firm. The team is responsible for crafting and maintaining high-quality investor communications and marketing materials. Working closely with senior leadership, investment teams, and support functions, the team ensures that all messaging is accurate, timely, and aligned with the firm's brand and strategy. The Associate will also support technical discussions with investors and contribute to presentations and speaking engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to investor data requests during fundraising due diligence.
- Maintain consistency in portfolio analytics and reporting.
- Update investor materials regularly, including performance summaries and fund-related communications.
- Collaborate across departments to gather product and portfolio data.
- Ensure all client-facing materials meet high standards of quality and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in financial services or investment management.
- Proficiency in Excel.
