Our client, a long-established and highly respected independent wholesale brokerage, is seeking an experienced E&S Broker or Account Executive to join their growing team. With over 50 years of history, national reach, and more than 100 carrier relationships, they are recognized as a go-to market for retail agents placing complex, hard-to-place risks.

What You'll Do:
* Build and expand relationships with retail agents, particularly across Texas and the Western U.S.
* Manage the full lifecycle of E&S placements including submissions, quoting, binding, and servicing
* Focus heavily on commercial P&C binding authority business while supporting brokerage placements as needed
* Develop and execute strategies to grow both new and renewal revenue within your book
* Leverage strong carrier relationships to secure competitive terms for complex and specialty risks
* Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to support growth initiatives and refine workflows
* Opportunity to mentor or build a small team as production scales
What We're Looking For:
* Experienced E&S professional with a background in wholesale brokerage or binding authority
* Open to both production underwriters and brokers with strong agency relationships
* Preference for individuals from independent wholesalers rather than large national firms
* Proven ability to build or contribute meaningfully to a book of business
* Strong understanding of commercial P&C risks and E&S market dynamics
* Existing retail agent relationships that can be monetized quickly
* Entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication skills and executive presence
* Team-oriented individual who values collaboration in a smaller, high-impact environment
