Desk Head - NRI / GCC / Middle East based in Dubai
We are seeking an experienced Private Banking Desk Head to lead and grow a high-performing team covering the NRI, GCC, UAE, and broader Middle East markets. The successful candidate will combine a strong personal client franchise with proven leadership experience, having previously managed and developed teams of Relationship Managers. The role is based in Dubai.
This role offers the opportunity to join truly one of the world's largest and most respected private banking institutions, providing access to a global platform, extensive lending capabilities, sophisticated investment solutions, and a strong balance sheet.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Private Banker covering the NRI, GCC, UAE, or broader Middle East market.
- Previous team leadership or management experience.
- Strong track record in attracting and growing UHNW client relationships.
- Ability to mentor, develop, and recruit bankers.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ambitions to build and scale a market-leading franchise.
