Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical CLO Operations Portfolio Analyst to join our Operations & Portfolio Management team. This role will support the day-to-day operations of our CLO platform, ensuring accurate trade capture, cash flow modeling, compliance monitoring, and performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and reconcile CLO portfolios, including trade settlements, cash flows, and asset coverage tests.
- Collaborate with portfolio managers, traders, and third-party administrators to ensure accurate and timely data flow.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly trustee reports and investor deliverables.
- Support compliance testing and documentation for CLO indentures and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze portfolio performance metrics and contribute to internal reporting dashboards.
- Participate in system enhancements and automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in CLO operations, structured credit, or loan administration.
- Strong understanding of CLO structures, waterfall modeling, and compliance tests.
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with Black Mountain, Wall Street Office, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
