The rapidly growing pharmacy team of a prominent independent consulting firm is seeking a Pharmacy Analytics Manager to support an expanding portfolio of clients and projects. This role involves diagnosing complex client challenges, developing analytical approaches, managing project execution, and communicating insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Clients may include employers, health plans, pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs), and pharmaceutical manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct qualitative and financial assessments of PBM contracts, including pricing structures, guarantees, and fee arrangements
- Support the development of analytical models to evaluate pharmacy claims, eligibility files, and other pharmacy-related datasets
- Acquire, clean, integrate, and standardize diverse data sources to produce clear, actionable summaries and dashboards
- Contribute to proposals, presentations, RFP responses, exhibits, and written reports
- Manage client relationships, project timelines, deliverables, and internal resourcing
- Work independently while also leading and guiding project teams leveraging pharmacy analytics expertise

- Trend analysis and predictive modeling related to pharmacy utilization and spend
- Evaluating pharmacy data to design innovative pricing, risk, or contracting strategies
- Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and commercial formulary and pricing analyses
