We are partnering with a well-established insurance organization to identify a talented Associate Vice President (AVP) to lead their Generalist Property & Casualty (P&C) Underwriting team based in Minnesota. This is a strategic leadership role offering the opportunity to shape underwriting practices across a diverse portfolio of commercial and personal lines.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in P&C underwriting, coupled with 5+ years of management experience leading teams and driving operational excellence.
