Product & Operations Associate
An expanding hedge fund is looking to hire a Product & Operations professional to support the continued growth of its investment platform.
This is a unique opportunity for someone with exposure to fund operations, product management, middle office, or business management to work closely with senior leadership, including the COO and Finance & Operations Director, on both strategic initiatives and day-to-day business operations.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support the launch and ongoing management of investment funds and products
- Coordinate product-related initiatives across Operations, Finance, Compliance, Legal, and external service providers
- Drive projects and business initiatives from planning through execution
- Monitor product and operational performance and prepare management reporting
- Oversee external vendors, fund administrators, and service providers to ensure service standards are met
- Participate in process improvement and workflow optimization projects
- Support the operational infrastructure required for business growth and new product launches
- Work directly with senior management on strategic and business-critical initiatives
What We're Looking For
- 3-8 years of experience within asset management, hedge funds, fund administration, private banking, wealth management, or investment operations
- Exposure to fund operations, middle office, product management, product development, or project management
- Good understanding of the investment fund lifecycle
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders across business functions
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of an organization
- Self-starter with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
