Operations Reporting Analyst
My client is is seeking an Operations Reporting Analyst to act as a key liaison between Finance, Operations, Technology, and external partners. This role will be responsible for maintaining consolidated reporting by client, ensuring accuracy and transparency in operational performance metrics. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain consolidated reports tracking forecast vs. actual volumes of work performed.
- Document contractual assumptions and scope for each client engagement.
- Track and report on charts processed and charts retrieved, broken down by channel (with cost implications).
- Monitor and report on coding over-read activity.
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Technology, and vendor teams to ensure data integrity and timely reporting.
- Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvement based on reporting insights.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and internal standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in operations reporting, financial analysis, or similar roles.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau preferred).
- Ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate findings clearly.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and Technology teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
