Marketing Manager - Asset Management
We are currently working with a Global Asset Manager on a Marketing Manager position to be based in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute integrated marketing initiatives across digital, content, events and other client engagement channels, ensuring activity supports commercial priorities and audience needs.
- Develop campaigns and initiatives that strengthen brand visibility, deepen client engagement and support growth across institutional and distribution-led audiences.
- Produce compelling marketing and sales-support content for priority investment strategies and solutions, including presentations, client materials, market updates, product literature and campaign collateral.
- Support marketing initiatives with distribution partners and coordinate client-facing events and engagement activities across key Southeast Asian markets and channels.
- Manage and refresh digital content and client communications, including email campaigns, web content, thought-leadership pieces and ongoing digital marketing activity.
- Collaborate with colleagues across distribution, investments, product, digital, compliance and regional marketing to take initiatives from concept through approval and execution.
- Monitor marketing effectiveness using campaign metrics, engagement data and other performance indicators, translating findings into recommendations for future activity.
- Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, using strong influencing skills to drive projects forward while maintaining a collaborative approach.
Skills & Experience
Approximately 7+ years of relevant marketing experience, ideally gained within asset management, investment products, wealth management or a closely related financial-services environment.
Demonstrated experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns from planning through delivery and performance evaluation.
Good understanding of investment products and the needs of professional, institutional and/or intermediary audiences.
Commercially minded, with experience using campaign measurement, engagement metrics and analytics to assess effectiveness and inform future activity.
Able to operate autonomously while working effectively within regional and cross-functional teams.
Strong project-management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
Confident communicator with strong written and verbal English and the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
