Für ein etabliertes, international tätiges Industrieunternehmen im Großraum Stuttgart suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Leiter Controlling (m/w/d).
Ihre Aufgaben
- Verantwortung für das Reporting auf Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresbasis
- Steuerung der Produktkalkulation sowie Durchführung von Deckungsbeitragsanalysen
- Unterstützung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen auf Gesellschafts- und Gruppenebene
- Erstellung, Weiterentwicklung und Überwachung von Forecasts und Budgets
- Analyse von Unternehmenskennzahlen sowie Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen für das Management
- Ausbau und Weiterentwicklung des Beteiligungscontrollings
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines kleinen Controlling-Teams
- Weiterentwicklung von Produktions-, Vertriebs- und Entwicklungscontrolling
- Identifikation und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Ergebnis- und Effizienzsteigerung
Ihr Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finance, Controlling oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung im Controlling eines produzierenden Unternehmens
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen sowie sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- Erfahrung mit modernen SAP-Landschaften von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und hohe Zahlenaffinität
- Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
