Legal Manager (m/w/x)
A leading European alternative investment firm is looking to hire a Legal Manager to join its high‑performing Luxembourg office. This is a great opportunity for a legal professional who enjoys a mix of structuring, regulatory work, and investor interaction within an international environment.
In this role, you will:
* Support the legal structuring of alternative investment products (PE, PD, infrastructure, secondaries)
* Negotiate investor side letters and assist with fundraising documentation
* Advise the AIFM on complex regulatory and transactional matters
* Work closely with international law firms and external partners
* Analyse Luxembourgish, German and cross‑border legal issues
* Contribute to product‑related investor queries and presentations
Requirements:
* Degree in Law (or equivalent legal/economic qualification)
* 5+ years' experience in funds, AIFM, private equity, financial services, a law firm, Big 4, regulator, or similar
* Strong drafting skills and ability to explain complex topics clearly
* Fluent German and English (both essential)
* Detail‑oriented, structured, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously
