Primary Responsibilities:
Lease Administration & Documentation
- Support the Leasing Manager by preparing lease proposals and letters of intent (LOIs).
- Organize and manage lease-related documents, including estoppels, SNDAs, and correspondence.
- Keep digital tenant files current and ensure all documentation is well-organized and easy to access.
CRM & Deal Flow Oversight
- Enter and update tenant leads and leasing proposals in the CRM system.
- Track deal progress and follow up on pending tasks with brokers and prospective tenants.
- Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities and deal statuses.
Tenant & Broker Engagement
- Serve as a point of contact for tenants regarding lease renewals, options, and general inquiries.
- Collaborate with brokers on leasing assignments, marketing initiatives, and signage updates.
- Arrange property tours and ensure all follow-up materials are properly documented.
Reporting & Data Management
- Assist with updating rent rolls and site plans for properties.
- Contribute to the creation of leasing and marketing activity reports.
- Conduct preliminary credit checks and compile tenant financials for internal review.
Marketing & Property Operations Support
- Assist in creating marketing collateral for available spaces, including flyers and online listings.
- Coordinate the ordering and installation of signage for vacant units.
- Regularly update leasing content on the company's website and social media platforms.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in commercial real estate or property management preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Yardi is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic work environment.
- Self-motivated, professional, and team-oriented with a positive outlook.
