Client/Job Summary:
Our client is a prestigious law firm that is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to join their finance team. This individual will play a critical role in taking ownership of the revenue cycle for client accounts. You will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally and gain exposure to various areas of the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full revenue cycle including managing WIP and AR.
- Build strong relationships with clients and meet with partners regularly.
- Monitor billing and collections and develop plans to ensure timely submissions.
- Work cross-functionally to resolve issues.
- Ensure all requests from partners and clients are addressed timely.
- Contribute to ad hoc and special projects.
Key Qualifications:
- 4+ years of relevant experience with the revenue cycle at a law firm.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Expertise in Microsoft office, e-billing, and accounting systems.
- Proven ability to streamline billing processes and excellent communication skills.
