IT Manager - M365 F&O
Key Responsibilities:
User Support & Operations
Act as the primary escalation point for end users, providing expert-level support on D365 Finance & Operations modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, etc.).
Troubleshoot functional issues, coordinate resolution with technical teams or vendors, and ensure minimal business disruption.
Conduct training sessions and develop user guides to enhance system adoption.
Functional Design & Enhancement
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and design solutions within D365 F&O.
Collaborate with developers to customise and enhance existing functionalities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Support testing cycles (UAT, regression) and validate solutions prior to deployment.
Change & Stakeholder Management
Partner with business leads and regional stakeholders to assess process impacts, communicate changes, and manage user expectations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and change management programs to increase efficiency and adoption.
Project & Rollout Management
Participate in regional or global D365 rollout initiatives, ensuring smooth transition and localisation where necessary.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align implementation timelines, resources, and data migration.
Vendor Management
Manage relationships with third-party vendors and system integrators to ensure timely delivery, SLA adherence, and solution quality.
Evaluate vendor performance and escalate critical issues where necessary.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field.
Minimum 5-8 years of experience as a Functional Consultant / SME in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
Strong understanding of finance and supply chain modules, configuration, and integration points.
Proven track record in user support, system enhancement, and change management within a regional or multi-country environment.
Experience in stakeholder management and working closely with cross-functional and regional teams.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, vendors, and escalations effectively.
Preferred:
Experience in regional D365 rollout or global implementation projects.
Familiarity with Power Platform, Power BI, or Azure DevOps is a plus.
Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations preferred.
