Investor Services Analyst
Company Summary: Our client is a global alternative asset management firm based in New York that focuses on investment strategies across reinsurance, alternative lending, and other specialty alternative asset classes. They currently manage around $40 in AUM and are seeking to hire an Investor Services Analyst to their team.
The Investor Services Analyst will be responsible for:
- Supporting due diligence and investor on boarding processes, including the completion and maintenance of due diligence questionnaires
- Sourcing, compiling, and populating responses for DDQs, RFPs, audit requests, and other investor-related inquiries
- Partnering with internal stakeholders across multiple teams to gather information and ensure timely delivery of investor materials
- Taking ownership of at least one cross-functional project from start to finish
The Investor Services Analyst should have the following qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in Investor Relations, Business Development, Client Services or a related function within investment management or financial services
- Bachelor's degree from a highly regarded institution with a strong academic record
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and learn new processes efficiently
