Investor Relations Associate
My team is currently partnering with a middle-market private equity firm that has around $20b AUM. The firm is looking to hire an Investor Relations Associate for their Project Management team. While the company has a global presence, this position will sit in their headquarters in NYC.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing presentations for client meetings
- Updating due diligence and marketing materials
- Responding to investor and prospect DDQs, RFPs, and ODD
- Supporting the team in operational due diligence activities
- Creating AGM content for strategies
Requirements:
- Willingness to learn
- Eager to gain experience across strategies and asset classes
- Mindset that no task is too big or too small
