Investor Relations Analyst

Overview:

We are partnering with a leading infrastructure investment manager seeking an Investor Relations Analyst to support its global capital formation and client servicing efforts. The role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional looking to build a long-term career in investor relations within a collaborative, institutional platform.

This individual will work closely with senior IR and investment professionals to support fundraising initiatives, ongoing investor communications, and reporting across a diversified infrastructure strategy.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day investor relations activities across existing and prospective LP relationships
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, including pitchbooks, investor presentations, and fund collateral
  • Coordinate and respond to due diligence requests, including DDQs, RFPs, and ad hoc investor inquiries
  • Contribute to investor reporting processes, including quarterly and annual updates, capital account statements, and performance materials
  • Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring accurate tracking of investor engagement and pipeline activity
  • Assist with fundraising efforts, including meeting preparation, follow-ups, and roadshow logistics
  • Partner with internal teams (investment, finance, legal/compliance) to gather and synthesize information for external use
  • Support planning and execution of investor events, annual meetings, and conferences

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in investor relations at an asset manager or investment banking
  • Exposure to infrastructure, private equity, real assets, or private markets preferred
  • Strong understanding of institutional investors (pensions, endowments, foundations, RIAs, family offices)
  • Demonstrated experience supporting DDQs, RFPs, and investor reporting processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM systems
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
