The Opportunity:
This is a senior investment role with significant visibility across the platform, investment committee, and board. The successful candidate will play a key role in sourcing, evaluating, executing, and monitoring private market investments while helping to develop the broader strategy and network of the platform. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead due diligence and execution of private equity fund investments
- Evaluate and participate in co-investment opportunities alongside leading sponsors and managers
- Assess selective venture capital opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with GPs, family offices, asset managers, and broader private markets participants
- Present investment recommendations to senior stakeholders, investment committees, and board members
- Contribute to portfolio construction and long-term investment strategy
- Support the continued development of the investment platform and its market presence
Candidate Profile:
- 10-15+ years of experience within private markets investing
- Strong track record across fund investments (primary focus)
- Additional exposure to co-investments and/or venture capital
- Established network across GPs, family offices, private markets investors, and asset managers
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a lean, growing team
- Comfortable working autonomously and helping to build processes, relationships, and infrastructure
- Willingness to spend significant time in Luxembourg or relocate permanently
