Title: Investment Banking VP/Director
Company Summary: I am working with a generalist Investment Banking and Capital Markets platform looking to add on to their growing team. The ideal person will have direct experience originating primarily ECM and DCM transactions. With this being a generalist platform, any industry focus is welcome. This is a great opportunity to take on more responsibility on a lean team while continuing to build out your book of business. You will be focused primarily on the origination and overseeing the execution of equity capital markets transactions as well as some strategic advisory.
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL (in office)

- The office is located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida
Investment Banking VP/Director will be responsible for:
- Sourcing and managing ECM/DCM transactions
- Support the execution team throughout the deal process
- Identifying, qualifying, and generating new prospect leads
- Managing the client relationship and overseeing all client and counter-party communication
- Contributing to the firm's growth and strategy
- Mentor junior level members at the firm
Investment Banking VP/Director should have the following qualifications:
- 2+ years of ECM/DCM origination experience
- Work cross-functionally with the firm's different departments
- Ability to execute on transactions
- Able to thrive in a fast paced work environment
- A book of business within ECM/DCM transactions
- Series 79, 63/66 are preferred
- MBA or Bachelors in Finance, Economics, Business or related fields
