Investment Banking Technology Vice President
Responsibilities
- Lead execution of M&A and strategic advisory transactions from inception through closing
- Manage day-to-day deal processes and coordinate internal and external workstreams
- Oversee valuation analyses, financial modeling, marketing materials, and transaction documentation
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, private equity sponsors, legal advisors, and other stakeholders
- Mentor and develop junior bankers while helping drive a collaborative team culture
- Support business development initiatives and contribute to client relationship management
Qualifications
- 5-8+ years of investment banking experience
- Prior Technology investment banking experience preferred, although strong sector-relevant M&A experience will also be considered
- Demonstrated experience leading live transaction execution
- Advanced financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
- Strong communication and client management capabilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
